Ełczanie can enjoy mural depicting a symbol turn-locomotive Ty2-1258 on a background of ełckie. Large format graphic decorates one of the walls of the block on ul. Świackiego Vulture 1 Elk and is a real artistic showpiece of our city. The originator of the mural were active housing block, in this m.in. retired railroad workers.
