On Wednesday November 15 Elk visited delegation of Belarusian non-governmental organizations. In the municipal town hall a group of 11 people was met with Deputy President Elk Artur Urbański, and then visited the Georgian non-governmental. Małeckich 3, and also met with representatives of the ełckich non-governmental organisations in the Tween span.

Representatives of the Belarusian NGOS took note of ełk County experience in NGO dialogue with the Government and enabling residents in the joint action for the public good.

Study visit took place within the framework of the project on content support for Belarusian initiatives and social organizations, which is implemented by the Association of the East European Democratic Centre (www.eedc.org.pl) in cooperation with the Foundation Batory and the Belarusian Association of democratic non-governmental organizations.
