Ełckie Cultural Center invites you to a spectacle performed by Ełckie dance theatre called Topicha.
The show tells the story of a woman, rejected for unknown reasons by your community. In an act of desperation the girl decides to commit suicide tonąc in the Lake. So begins a strange phenomenon in the village girls. Its people are asking for help Szeptuchę (uzdrowicielkę). Story has moved in the old Slavic forests and form to tell her is dancing.
This sad story has its beautiful backdrop. It is a wonderful light fixture, set design and costumes. And, above all, the magic imbued with pagan soul dancers-actors playing. The harmony and rhythm of the dancers around like in the Sabbath of witches the statue of Świętowita and the shadow of the oak. Charm adds music that fills the spectacle, becoming an inseparable part of the story and to complement each of the viewed scene.
