SCREEN is a recurring international folklore festival, in which-in addition to the Polish teams-most are teams from around the world. So far, Elk has hosted teams, inter alia, in Belarus, China, Czech Republic, Dagestan, Greece, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Ukraine, Turkey, Italy or Hungary. After the evening presentations the Festival concerts folk music stars. On the last day of the RAINBOW through the streets of the city passes a colorful pageant invited teams, which attracts crowds of spectators. The Festival is the most colourful cultural event in the region and became the summer showcase of Elk, arousing great interest of the audience.
