The card shall have large families, foster families and family-run orphanages, dependent three and more children under the age of 18 years of age or to complete school or higher education no longer than until the age of 25.

In order to receive the card to all children and parents lived or were registered in the city of Ełk for permanent residence or temporary residence under a single address.

The card is granted regardless of the status of the family. The period of validity is extended every year by adding a hologram with the coat of arms of Ełk.

"Elk Family Card 3 +" entitles you to:

·         50% discount/relief for the use of the offers and to participate in the events organised by Ełckie cultural center,

·         50% discount/relief for the use of the offers and to participate in the events organised by the municipal sports and Recreation in Elk,

·         50% discount/discounts for use of Ełckiej Onal by historical Museum in Elk,

·         25% discount/discounts for use of public offer nurseries run by the municipality In Elk, according to the resolution No. XXXVI. 342.2013 Elk City Council of 29 October 2013, on the determination of the fees for the provision of public kindergartens carried out by the municipality In Elk,

·         discount on offer entrepreneurs, partners share, traders on the http://3plus.miasto.elk.pl/

In 2017 (to December 29) applications for cards made 91 families (i.e., 452 people), and the application for an extension of the Charter made 377 families (i.e., 1955). A total of 2407 issued cards.

The initiative joined the 4 new partners. Currently, the discounts granted 66 partners.

The card can be extended in the social policy Department of the Office of the city of Elk. Piłsudski 2, and floor show. # 15.

CHANGES In The Rules The RULES For Issuing And USING

With the "FAMILY CARD EŁCKIEJ 3 +"

On November 28, 2017, Elk City Council passed a resolution on the introduction of amendments to the rules of procedure the rules for issuing and use of the "Family Card Ełckiej 3 +".

In accordance with the changes for "Ełckiej 3 + Family Card" will be able to try not only the people who stay in the city of Ełk but also residents that do not have permanent or temporary residency in Elk.

Specific changes have occurred in terms of the annexes to the conclusions of the
for/extension Ełckiej 3 + Family Card.

Has changed the pattern "Ełckiej Family Card 3 +" and model application for/extension "Ełckiej Family Card 3 +".

Applications should be submitted to the Department of social policy, the Office of the city of Ełk, ul. Piłsudski 2, 19-300 Ełk.
