The city of Elk still perfect quality of service
Polish Centre for testing and certification once again granted the Office Of Elk certificate continuous improvement of the level of service to residents, as well as implementation of General tasks in accordance with the applicable procedures and provisions of the law. Quality management system was implemented for the first time in ełk town 16 years ago.

Audit (control) renewing certificates of quality issued by the Polish Centre for testing and certification S.A. in Warsaw was within 24-25 October 2017, in the municipality of Elk. Auditors (controllers) were: Vice President of PCBC Anna Wyroba has been operating, in charge of Division of public administration and co-author of the standards for the ISC in Polish version-Tomasz Klose.

Control related to the correctness of the operation of all departments in the Office. Analysis of documents and procedures confirmed the compliance with the requirements of standard PN-EN ISO 9001:2015-10. The results obtained showed that the implementation of certain provisions of the law of public tasks in ełk Town Hall is valid and is focused on continuous improvement of the quality of customer service Office. While in the process of raising the level and improve the standards of service provided all employees are involved. Therefore, the certificate granted was the Office Of Elk for the next 3 years.

Certificates issued forthe provision of services local administration related to the implementation of public tasks for the inhabitants of other customers of the city of Elk and the comprehensive development of the city".

The new standard required from the staff of the Office the introduction of innovative changes in the way the work of the Office, the services provided, service requests, and the functioning of the Office.

Certifying Committee PCBC also granted authority international Certificate IQNet honoured all over the world. It confirms m.in. the proper functioning of the processes related to the management of the Office of the city in the performance of tasks for the implementation of State law, law-making and the implementation of local laws and the performance of the tasks of the local government.

The fact of granting a certificate of quality to the railways three years does not mean that the Office will not be subjected to this time no checks, because every year the Auditors specifically check that made work and tasks comply with established standards.

ISO standards support the quality offered by the services and, as a result, is aimed at increasing the satisfaction and the satisfaction of their clients (customers). They also set requirements with the application of legal provisions during the execution of the tasks. They also provide constant supervision over the procedures carried out at the Office and raising the quality of the service provided.
