Has been completed and accepted urban investment at ul. Kosciuszko in Elk. As part of the work has been rebuilt street lighting and have been mounted poles with a LED, the section from the junction with ul. Polish troops to enter the University of Warmia and Mazury in Elk.

The work consisted of m.in. on: the dismantling of an existing line, the construction of a new line of lighting installation lighting poles with a LED, the land along with the playing surface paved and green. In addition, the contract with the contractor includes the servicing of installed devices during the warranty period (10 years).

The contractor was the company SETUP Władysław Bałdyga in Elk.
The total value of the investment is 338 250 zł.
