Mr. Joseph joined the exclusive group of the oldest inhabitants of our city. He was born in 1918 of the year in the village of Jaświły. To the village Flour near Elk comes from 60 on recovered territories, where he ran together with the family farm.  During World War II from January 43, he was a soldier of the home army. Membership to the AK was convicted of political activities to four years in prison. After the war, he helped hide soldiers and worked on the reconstruction of Warsaw. For his activities in the Army was awarded the order of the rebirth of Polish, Polonia Restituta.

Mr. Joseph visited today Tomasz Andrukiewicz Mayor of Elk, which wished m.in. health, joy and subsequent years lived in the love of family. Jubilat is derived from a long-lasting family, his brothers and sisters have only a few years younger.
