Park and Kiliński in Elk, and "Revitalization ełckich courtyards-land use and development of public space in the city centre – the Centre of III stage" – two courtyards, as well as the acquisition by the Association "alternative" amount of 45 thousand. with the Ministry of health for the implementation of the project "Candis in Elk" and the start of the season the motorcycle.
