On the initiative of the President of the Elk Thomas Andrukiewicza this year prepared will be a cycle of short films, directed especially to young people, with the aim of increasing public awareness of the various hazards and creating a safe place.
Were already working on the first film, which warns against climbing on frozen bodies of water, including, first and foremost, on the surface of Ełckie. The situation is particularly dangerous, when after a long period of cold weather start to melts. Wrong decision about entering the frozen ice can result in tragedy.
