The investment will be carried out within the framework of the project "management of Lake Ełckie on for the development of tourism and recreation in Elk-stage II", to which the town Elk has 3.3 million in funding from the regional operational programme of Warmia and Mazury for years 2014-2020.
Scope of works includes m.in.:
· the construction of building sanitary-szatniowego
· the construction of the deszczochronu in the form of a covered gazebo Park
· construction of a permanent bridge on the Lake and sandy beach
· the construction of slip
· execution of the floating bridge
· the construction of squares and pedestrian, together with the annexes and the stairs 4 x 4
· the construction of the car park for passenger cars
· the construction of parking lots for bicycles
· Directions parking spaces and building caravanning
· implementation of elements of small architecture (benches, bike racks, information boards, drinker) and land-use greenery
· execution of the lighting Park land
Expected date of completion of the phase II work is half the June 2018.
The total cost of the investment is more than 4.7 million, including:
· 3.3 million € – 85% of funding from the EU (eligible costs)
· Ok. 1.4 million – with the city budget
Ongoing is the 1st stage of construction the City Beach in Elk.
The total value of the investment is more than 3.4 million.
However, the expected date of completion is end of may 2018.
