The debate about homelessness in ełk
Civic Center station 20 Elk December invites residents to debate devoted to homeless people. Kick-off at 8:00 pm. 17:00 in the municipal public library. Zofia Nasierowskiej in Elk, ul. Army 17B.
Admission is free.
On Wednesday (December 20). 17:00 will take place the meeting on homelessness in Elk. The meeting invites Ełckie Civil Centre carried out by Station Association Adelfi co-financed from the budget Of the elk.

· The possibility of providing assistance to the homeless.
· To create a profile of a homeless person.
· Why a person becomes homeless?
· Or Elk is home for the homeless?
