The contract with the contractor of the task-"PRIBO-ERA" SP. z o. o. in Elk has already been signed and in the coming days it is planned to transfer the construction site.

The work will include the m.in:

·       perform demolition and excavation

·       the Elimination of an existing playground with the recovery of equipment and elements of small architecture (benches, baskets for parks)

·       the construction of the building of the Sports Hall. usable 2288.26 m2 with internal installations, including monitoring the object alarm system

·       the execution of building connections to all media, including: water supply,

·       sanitary sewer, drainage, telecommunication network

·       execution of the pieces of equipment standing Hall

·       identification and adjustment to the requirements of fire protection

Including land use:

·       new walk and pedestrian commuting to the concrete block building

·       execution of new commuting and parking places for cars

·       implementation of traffic safety elements, IE. safety barriers, speed bumps, parking lock, horizontal and vertical marking

·       execution of the playground about synthetic surfaces and installation of the equipment and elements of small architecture

·       execution of external land and building illumination

·       implementation of elements of small architecture

The total value of the investment is 8,878,975.88 €, including:

·       3.5 million-funding from the Development Fund of physical culture of the Ministry of sport and tourism
