The aim of the competition is to increase interest in the written word, and contemporary literature. Adoption of valuable work. And also to encourage young people to express their emotions, feelings, beliefs, courts in the literature.

The competition involved the authors of literary works which take into account the issues of "Homeland". Are related to intercultural dialogue on the nature of the socio-cultural, environmental, economic, and the identity of the inhabitants of the region. In addition, refer to the threads related to expansion of mutual tolerance in the spirit of the works of Siegfried Lenz.
