Order # 504/2016 President Elk of 28 January 2016 (http://bip.elk.warmia.mazury.pl/system/obj/18941_504.16.pdf) established the following schedule steps in the recruitment procedure and the proceedings supplementary to kindergartens and pre-school in primary schools:



Participate in the recruitment of children aged from 3 years to 6 years residing on the territory of the city of Elk, that in the school year 2015/2016 do not attend kindergartens and pre-school in primary schools.
