A public consultation will be carried out in the period from 16 February to 6 March, 2015 until 15:30. non-governmental organizations may participate in the public consultation and the entities referred to in article 1. 3 paragraphs 1 and 2. 3 of the Act of 24 April 2003 on the activities of public benefit and about volunteering, working in the city of Ełk, whose statutory aim is to protect the animals.

Observations, conclusions and opinions from interested organisations to the project "programme of care homeless and to prevent animal homelessness in the city of Ełk in 2015" can be reported on the form of the public consultation.

Comments and feedback with the date of effect after March 6, 2015 will not be considered.
