REPORT of the PUBLIC CONSULTATION on the DRAFT "PROGRAMME of CARE HOMELESS and PREVENTING BEZDOMNOSCI ANIMALS in the CITY of EŁK in 2015".

1. The subject of public consultation.

The subject of the consultations was the project "Of care homeless and to prevent animal homelessness in the city of Ełk in 2015".

2. Organization of the process of public consultation.

Acting on the basis of § 3 paragraph 1. 9 resolution XXXVI. 351.2013 Elk City Council of 29 October 2013. on the detailed way of consultation with the Council of public benefit in Elk or non-governmental organisations and bodies referred to in article 5. 3 paragraphs 1 and 2. 3 of the Act of 24 April 2003 on the activities of public benefit and about volunteering (OJ 2014, item 1118, as amended), projects, local legislation in areas relating to the statutory activities of these organizations, the Mayor of Elk announced consultations in ww. .

In accordance with the announcement of a consultation began on the date of 16.02.2015, and ended with 06.03.2015.
